Wheels Up, Wheels Rollin'

March 16, 2019

This wheeled beauty is about to join me on the trip I’ve been anticipating for quite some time. I’ve been researching Clare Sheridan from the desk for a looong time. Yep, I have her MI5 files, her published books and a slew of other material. But, now I’ve been granted access to the Holy Grail, her original diaries.

So, where does one go to read the lady herself? Why Ireland, of course. The family has the archives tucked away at a her “cousin’s place.” Keep following to learn more with me!

Speaking of family, the trunk behind the briefcase is over 100 years old and a treasure from my great grandmother. It contains a tattered old volume of Shakespeare, some very old dress shoes, a beaded purse, overalls and several more gems from my Tarpley ancestors.
